Robert Few

Robert started his career with King Central as an operator in 1990. In the following few years he climbed the operational ladder becoming a lead operator and then a supervisor. During this time Robert was instrumental in assisting King Central in becoming one of the first major providers of Two Way Voice alarm services. From Operations Robert continued his career by moving into the newly designed Dealer Care Department. The Dealer Care Center was designed to place a regional footprint in each of the major market areas, allowing King to have a local presence for their dealers not located in the Northeast. From the Dealer Care Department Robert then assisted the billing department in migrating to the then current MAS BR32 Billing platform. After the billing system was up and running Robert was transferred into the Technical Department. He spent a few years in the technical department learning the back room operations for MAS Operational Software, MAS Billing Software, MASlink, Dealer Access, Receiver Communications and other related programs. At the same time, Robert helped develop King Central's Training Program. In April of 2000, Robert was transferred to Morlyn Financial Group, LLC. At Morlyn Robert developed, implemented, and managed the Service Department for IASG's Acquired and House Accounts. A portfolio that now contains over 120,000 accounts. In April of 2002, Robert moved back to King Central and to merge the Hackensack Monitoring Center into the Manasquan Monitoring Center and the Van Nuys Monitoring Center into the Sante Fe Springs Monitoring Center. Upon completion of the Central Station moves, Robert was promoted to Vice President of Criticom International. In this role, Robert was tasked with merging the East and West coast operations into a single operating platform. During his tenure as Vice President, the operation grew from 350,000 accounts to over 800,000 accounts. Robert was responsible for three monitoring centers located across the country and managed over 350 employees. During this same period, the operational service levels increased over 85% and were maintained through his tenure.

In May 2007, Robert and his family moved from New Jersey to Greenville, SC to come aboard Legacy Security Services, Inc. Robert's role at Legacy is to oversee the entire operation, bring new products and services to our dealers, and maintain dealer relations.

Robert Few was recently recognized as one of the top 20 people in the alarm industry less than 40 years of age by Security Systems News.
