Laureen Zamora
Originally from Southern California where she was born and raised, Laureen relocated to Greenville, South Carolina in July 2007 to be part of Legacy Security Services.
Laureen is currently the Central Station Manager for Legacy Security Services, where she oversees the day to day operations of the Central Station. Laureen is also responsible for the operational training of Central Station employees, scheduling, and customer service as well as reporting.
Laureen has 22 years of experience in the Alarm Industry beginning her career as an alarm dispatcher for A.W. Russell Alarms/Quick Alert Security. Through the years Laureen has worked as an Operator, Supervisor, and most recently the Director of Western Operations for CMS.
Laureen brings extensive experience working with ABM, MAS B32/Mastermind and currently SIS-Security Information Systems, all industry known automation systems. Laureen has been in her past responsible for a staff of 120 operators, 11 Supervisors, and 2 Managers overseeing the West Coast operations of an 800,000 account Central Station.
