Maryann Fuller
Maryann Fuller comes to us from Integrated Alarm Services Group where she worked both on the wholesale and retail side of the corporation. She was first hired for the position of office and customer service manager but Maryann's role quickly expanded to include the responsibilities of retention manager. In this capacity, Maryann was instrumental in initiating the home protection program and the development of an identity theft program. While assuming these new responsibilities, she continued her role as office manager which included producing reports for management, maintaining inventory, communicating with clients, conducting reviews of customer service representatives, and managing all aspects within the office to keep things running efficiently and effectively.
In her role at Legacy Maryann will be using all her skills in working and communicating with management to develop, direct, manage all billing and collection services. She will communicate and work closely with the IT department to audit and track data integrity from the Central Station to ensure the quality and integration of the billing system.
Maryann will also be tasked with resolving and institute corrective measures and answer any concerns our Dealers may have.
