Loretta Serafin
Loretta began her career with King Central in 1997 as an answering service representative. Over the next few years Loretta moved from the Answering Service department to the Dealer Care Center. She eventually became a supervisor for the largest Dealer Care center at King Central. Over the next few years Loretta was moved to the Quality Management Department working on special conversion projects as well as maintaining quality assurance and customer service programs to ensure a quality product was being offered to our dealers.
In May of 2007 Loretta moved from New Jersey to Greenville, South Carolina to assist with developing a quality service for Legacy Security Services, Inc. Loretta's current role at LSS utilizes her skills and attention to detail in overseeing each conversion brought into Legacy Security. In addition to managing conversions, Loretta also assists with Data Entry Training and Quality Assurance of Data and Customer Service.
