This is immediately noticed when comparing LEGACY to any other monitoring facility in the industry. LEGACY offers all customers a specific alarm cancel line for their own subscribers. We will answer this line in the name of our customer enhancing the partnership between LEGACY and the Alarm Company.
LEGACY offers an answering service to any/all customers interested in subscribing. Our answering service department has a specific training program catered to each Alarm Company so that we become a true after hour's extension of the Alarm Company, providing the end-user with far superior enhanced customer satisfaction.
LEGACY offers level one technical support to any/all customers that are interested in boosting customer satisfaction and at the same time reducing those 2am on call pagers from ringing. The operations staff at Legacy is trained in basic alarm panel operation. This includes: Arm/Disarm, Bypass, Reset, and other basic troubleshooting.
