ACTIVITY MONITORING

There are times when someone may be unable to even press a panic button. G.E. has created the activity monitoring function on this system to notify caregivers, relatives or neighbors if there is a lack of activity in the home for more than 10 hours. This is done by adding sensors to doors that should be used at least once in a ten hour window of time while the home is occupied. The most common and cost effective is a sensor used on the bathroom or bedroom door. For greater level of activity monitoring a motion detector can be used to cover a wide area such as a hallway.

If you are not satisfied with the G.E. CareGard system you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving it, in new condition, at no charge. You will receive a contract stating all the terms and conditions of our services provided to you. If we receive equipment in the original box with manuals within 30 days of delivery to you and we’ll refund your payment minus shipping and handling fees of $20.00. Your monitoring service will start upon receiving your signed contract. This allows you to verify all critical information such as phone numbers and addresses before service starts.
